17 girls at Gloucester High School, in Gloucester, Massachusettes, are expecting babies. Many have admitted to entering into a pact to become pregnant at the same time and to raise their babies together. Of course now all of over-reactionary-America has the sense that teen pregnancy is on the rise and we should DO something about it. What do we think?
