The Gale Encyclopedia of Psychology says:
“Many authorities have concluded that, because of the constantly shifting moral connotations of the concept of sexual obscenity, it is not possible to completely and objectively define the term pornography, and that, in the final analysis, pornography is in the eye of the beholder.”
Vic either can’t understand the multi-syllable words, or didn’t listen (as usual) and insists on defining porn as anything that is too raunchy to appeal to him. Anything he likes is not porn, it is “art”.
Angeline, for the sake of argument would like to categorize strip clubs, nudie magazines, and sex videos as modern “porn”, but argues that it is an arbitrary moniker that is splashed upon things that in other centuries would have been called “goddess worship”.
