Why have redundancy of laws? There are already laws protecting citizens against: Blackmail, Child abuse, Child labor, Child sexual abuse, Coercion, Drugs-illegal use and sale of (a topic for another day), Extortion, Fraud, Immigrants (illegal employment and/or exploitation of), Kidnapping, Pornography, Public Nuisances, Rape, Racism, Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment, Slavery, Theft and Violence. Why, oh why, oh why, oh why, do we need a law against prostitution, which can best be defined as a business transaction among consenting adults to engage in a LEGAL activity in exchange for money?
